Our pre-natal classes are designed to support women through their bodies evolution to childbirth. Deeply connect to the physical changes in your body, the love with your growing baby, and help prepare you for labour, birth and beyond. For safety, we recommend you join class after the first trimester if you have never practiced before, and always get clearance from a medical professional before exercising online.
