Headstand Prep with Courtney.
Enjoy this class using all of your bodily senses to bring your body and mind together as one, so you can be in the present moment as you move from one asana to the next. Courtney inspires you to tap into your senses through the visionary space of the third eye (Ajna) to heighten your perception and open your awareness to what is possible. Be guided through traditional asana to prep the body towards Headstand, or Sirsasana, to build a strong foundation when life feels upside down, to be open to expansion beyond your everyday knowing.
Please note, if you are newer to practice, you might find this class a little more challenging, so please take it at your own pace and be extra careful as you move towards Headstand prep for your shoulders and neck. If you feel any pain, come out of the pose slowly and rest in child pose.
