Care that changes with you.
Women experience significant physiological changes throughout their lives, from adolescence through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopause. Each stage brings unique physical needs that deserve expert attention.
Our specialised physiotherapists understand the importance of pelvic floor function and conditions like urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. We’ve created an environment where you can discuss your concerns openly, and we work with you to move through them successfully.
Our goal is not only effective treatment, but to equip you with the self-care tools to maintain your own health and wellbeing for the long term.
Supporting all women’s health, at every stage.
Pregnancy Care
Pregnancy brings significant change that can lead to discomfort, incontinence and musculoskeletal pain. We provide comprehensive assessments focused on maintaining pelvic floor function, stabilising the core, and addressing pregnancy-related pain, helping you navigate these transformations with greater ease.
Postnatal Care
Focused on postpartum recovery and rehabilitation. We guide you through restoring pelvic floor strength, managing diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and healing after childbirth, improving strength and flexibility and addressing any pain or discomfort.
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
The pelvic floor is crucial to bladder and bowel control, sexual function and pelvic stability. For urinary incontinence, prolapse, constipation and endometriosis, we offer manual therapy and tailored exercise programs to enhance muscle function, stability and coordination.
Menopause Support
As hormonal changes bring symptoms like hot flashes and muscle stiffness, we help you manage them with tailored exercise programs focused on maintaining bone density, improving joint mobility and building overall fitness.
Pre & Post-Gynaecological Surgery
We provide pre-surgical education, care plans and preparation exercises to optimise outcomes. Afterwards, we guide targeted rehabilitation including scar tissue management, pain management and a gradual return to normal activities.

Thorough, unhurried and completely private.
Women’s health concerns are personal, and often carried quietly for years. Your first appointment is a calm, private conversation, with time to talk through your history and what you’re experiencing before any assessment begins.
From there, your physiotherapist tailors a clear plan, whether that’s pelvic floor assessment and retraining, hands-on treatment, or a graded program you can carry into daily life. Nothing happens without your understanding and consent.
Coordinated with the rest of your care.
As with all Selph treatments, your Women’s Health Physiotherapist works alongside your other practitioners, from your GP and obstetrician to our naturopaths and exercise physiologists, so your care stays cohesive. As a registered physiotherapist, consultations can be claimed through your private health insurance.
Specialised women’s health care.
