Our private and semi-private class formula is designed to give you the best education in movement and meditation so you can build a self-practice.
We believe an empowered body is one that is balanced physically and emotionally. In order to achieve physical health goals we must reduce the stress on the nervous system. Each private session includes a combination of theory and practice to empower your awareness each time you are on the mat.

Choosing a Modality
Choose a series of pilates, yoga, or meditation, or a combination of all three modalities.
We recommend 3 sessions as a taster, 5 sessions to set a goal, or 10+ sessions to have an empowered self-practice you can use for continued improvement with your physical movement and emotional wellbeing.
