9 Week Postpartum Program
Our classes are designed to empower you with strength and vitality. Starting with an initial assessment to tailor the program specifically to your needs, we then guide you through a structured 9-week journey with the aim to return to physical activity postpartum.
Initial Assessment: includes a thorough check of pelvic floor, abdomen, and general readiness for exercise.
Weeks 1-4: Classes with Noella Green focusing on stretching, activating the pelvic floor and core, and introducing functional movements.
Mid-Assessment: We reassess your progress, addressing any concerns and adjusting the program as necessary.
Weeks 5-8: Progressing to more functional exercises, building up your strength with movements that incorporate your baby, and enhancing your cardio.
Final Assessment: A final progress assessment and a plan for ongoing wellness.
Our class structure is meticulously designed to focus on functional strength, core stability, and gradually building up your cardiovascular health. Educational components are integrated into each class, teaching you about body mechanics during common postpartum activities.
It’s also a great way to meet and interact with other new mum’s in the local area and form connections during this special time that you share together.
