Myles Sgammotta

Director & Co-founder

Inspired by the impact living a healthy and active lifestyle had on his upbringing, Myles knew he wanted to share the benefits of looking after your physical and emotional health with the community.

With a background in business and a Degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney, Myles was able to grow a successful business at the age of 23, suppling products to over 5,000 major supermarkets and bottle shops across Australia. During this time, Myles was able to learn very quickly what it took to maintain a thriving business, as well as prioritising his mental and physical health.

Leaning more heavily into the modalities of yoga, meditation, and structural services like chiropractic and physiotherapy, Myles recognised the importance of maintaining a balance of the physical and emotional body in order to function optimally.

Myles and his brother Evan decided it was time to make these services more accessible for the community through the conception of Selph. A very much ‘behind the scenes’ member of Selph, Myles now ensures the studio runs smoothly day-to-day from a business, finance and logistics perspective.
