We use Australia Post and other courier services for delivery.
Order are dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering
Please note the following information is indicative and only applicable to orders placed before 10am on Monday to Friday AEST. Please allow extra time for unforeseen courier delays.
Standard Courier service: 2-6 business days.
Express Service: 1-3 business
We will happily offer refund or issue store credit for any item that is deemed faulty or damaged. Any claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made by email within 2 days of receiving the goods. Returns are to be received within 7 days of the return approval.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or credit orders that are delivered late, or because of a change of mind.
We ask that customers please check their order receipts carefully to ensure all of their address details are correct. If there is an error in the delivery details please contact Selph immediately and we can update these details for you.
Unfortunately we cannot refund orders that have been delivered to incorrectly addressed locations if they have already been dispatched. We will however do everything we can to retrieve the order and have it redirected to you (note this may incur additional courier costs).
