Activate your low and deep core muscles in this class geared towards stimulating your second chakra (energy center) strength. This Pilates sequence will support the energy of the Svadhisthana Chakra- how to be fluid and strong. Move through layered activations of your core, lower back, legs and glutes, keeping fluid transitions lead by your breath. This class will leave your whole body feeling energised.
This class is pregnancy-friendly. Please go at your own pace, and leave out anything that doesn’t feel good in your body. We recommend practicing after your first trimester.
