This class is dedicated to the throat chakra, so you can tap into self-expression and creativity through your Pilates practice. This will be your opportunity to improve on your strength, balance, and coordination building upon foundational pilates movements with the use of added props to get the creativity flowing.
Grab some props: Pilates ball and sliding discs (alternative: a pair of socks)
