Move mindfully in sync with your breath to harness a broader state of awareness as you move through your practice. This class is energised by the Sahasrara Chakra, or the crown center, teaching us how to welcome conscious thought through the body for better balance in movement. You will stretch and strengthen both outer edges of your body to feel the central line of energy and physical support of your spine to enhance an energised state.
