This dynamic class will challenge your body to keep a steady pace for greater tone and deeper transformation through your lower body. Stay nice and grounded as you connect your feet deep down into the earth to gain greater control through your body. Fanny leads you through layers to tone your booty and legs and activate your deep core muscles. This class will leave you steady, strong, and grounded.
This class is pregnancy friendly and Fanny gives you modifications along the way. We recommend practicing after your first trimester.
