Pilates Dynamic – Stamina Building

 

This class is a part of the Selph Chakra Series, exploring the 7 main energy centers of your body. 

Week 7: Sahasrara Chakra, or the crown chakra.

Stamina Building with Agilene.

To round up the chakra series, you are tuning in to how moving makes your body feel. You will first focus on one area of the body, before adding another layer of dynamic movement to challenge your mind and body for greater stamina in your exercise routine.

 

Grab some props: 1-2kg hand weights or substitute with canned goods from your pantry!

Put some tunes on: ‘Fusion- Flow’ a playlist on Spotify.

Selph Pilates Dynamic: This progressive class will focus on layered sequencing to build strength through continuous movement. Added props allow for more challenge and variety in each class, and stronger holds and core work.
