MoveOnline

MoveOnline is a supported space for your mindfulness and fitness goals.

Classes have been developed across three primary categories: Settle, Transform and Renew. A consistent weekly practice with at least one class per category will create the strength, understanding and connection required to fill you with greater body awareness and grounding.

We encourage you to connect directly with your teachers and treat your live streamed classes as you would a class in the studio. The teachers and Selph practitioners, are open to guide you and answer any questions on your health, fitness and spiritual journey.
