Pilates Dynamic – Lower Body Flow

This class is a part of the Selph Chakra Series, exploring the 7 main energy centers of your body. 

Week 2: Svadhisthana Chakra, Sacral Support.

Lower Body Flow with Fanny.

Move through a layered practice for equal strength and flow through the lower body. This class is a mix of cardio to get your heart rate up and grounded exercises to have your legs working and your core engaged. Move through lunges, twists, planks, and controlled core activations to open your hips and find a good feeling flow through your whole body.

Selph Pilates Dynamic: This progressive class will focus on layered sequencing to build strength through continuous movement. Added props allow for more challenge and variety in each class, and stronger holds and core work.
