A warm, restorative body treatment at Selph
Cleanse. Release. Renew.

Let go of what you no longer need.

You are welcomed into a calm, supportive space where the body can begin to let go and refresh from any stagnant or sluggish feelings. The Detox & Soothe experience unfolds as a 75-minute therapy designed to clear heaviness and restore ease.

It begins with an extended massage that works deeply into tired muscles while awakening the body’s natural detox systems. Through long, targeted strokes, fascia is softened, circulation is stimulated, and tension begins to unravel. As warmth spreads through the tissues, fresh oxygen and nutrients flow into areas that once felt stagnant, while waste products and excess fluid are encouraged to move on, a release of pressure where joints feel freer, breathing can deepen, and the whole body feels unburdened.

The Experience

Massage, cupping and gua sha.

Once the body is open, the treatment moves into targeted cupping and gua sha. Cupping creates a gentle pull that draws fresh circulation into the area while helping to clear stagnation and metabolic waste. Gua sha glides along the fascia and meridian lines with smooth, cooling strokes, releasing restrictions and stimulating lymphatic drainage. Both methods support the body’s natural clearing processes while easing soreness and restoring mobility.

The therapy closes in stillness, giving the nervous system time to reset and the body to integrate its renewed flow. You’ll be left with softened muscles, restored circulation, and a clarity that feels wholly renewed.

Supporting Your Body’s Own Detox

Working with your natural rhythms.

Rather than forcing change, this therapy enhances the body’s own systems for clearing waste and fluid, clearing blockages, improving flow, and helping natural detox processes work at their best.

Circulation

Massage and cupping increase local blood flow, so tight tissues receive oxygen and nutrients while metabolic by-products are carried away more efficiently.

Lymphatic movement

Gua sha strokes and lighter directional massage encourage excess fluid toward working lymph vessels and nodes, supporting immune function.

Microcirculation & fascia freedom

Gua sha increases surface microcirculation shortly after treatment, helping clear local stagnation and reduce inflammatory load as the tissue recovers.

Clearing what pools

Excess fluid, cellular waste and normal metabolites are moved back into circulation, while releasing adhesions in the fascia reduces areas where by-products gather.

Nervous system downshift

As the system calms, vascular tone and fluid dynamics improve. It ends with quiet grounding, so body and mind can integrate the work.

Aftercare

Help your body keep clearing.

  • Hydrate well to support circulation and lymph movement.
  • Keep stimulants light for 12 to 24 hours, caffeine, alcohol and heavy foods can wait.
  • Expect natural cupping marks if cups are used, painless and fading within days. These aren’t bruises, but a response to suction and increased local blood flow.
  • Gentle movement, a walk, light mobility or an Epsom salt bath, can help the body continue to clear.
  • Notice the changes, your sleep may improve and your mornings feel clearer and fresher over the next one to three days.
