Three powerful elements, one seamless ritual.
The Sonic Stones Immersion is a Selph signature treatment. Heat from volcanic stones penetrates and softens the tissues, allowing the body to release more deeply. Resonant sound steadies the nervous system, inviting stillness and clarity. Focused massage of the face, jaw and shoulders then eases the deep-set patterns of tension that drive stress, strain posture and hold emotional weight. This purposeful fusion of elements supports each other to create a release that feels profound in the body and lasting in the mind.
Volcanic heat
Warmth from the stones penetrates and softens muscle and fascia, so the body can release more deeply, without heavy pressure.
Resonant sound
The vibration of sound bowls steadies the nervous system, inviting stillness, longer breath and mental clarity.
Focused release
Precise work on the face, jaw and shoulders eases the deep-set tension that drives stress and holds emotional weight.
One continuous flow.
Smooth, heated stones are guided across the body in steady, flowing strokes. The warmth softens muscle fibres, loosens fascia and stimulates blood flow, making it easier for tight areas to release. Circulation improves, oxygen moves more freely, and the body starts to feel lighter and less burdened as the nervous system settles into calm.
As the muscles open, sound bowls are introduced to deepen the relaxation. Their vibrations move through the body, calming the nervous system and shifting the brain into more restorative states. Stress begins to lift, breath lengthens and mental clarity returns.
With the body and mind at ease, targeted work on the face, jaw and shoulders begins, the areas where life creates some of the most persistent tension. Through a blend of specialised techniques, including an intraoral (buccal) jaw and mouth release, you’re guided into a state of tranquillity and deep relaxation.
Together, these elements form one continuous flow: heat prepares the body, sound steadies the mind, and precise release restores ease where it’s most needed.
Release on every level.
The immersion is designed to unlock release across the muscular, circulatory, nervous and emotional systems, creating changes that last beyond the room.
Circulatory renewal
Heat dilates blood vessels, flooding tired tissues with oxygen and nutrients while supporting the body’s natural clearing of waste, often leaving you lighter and more energised.
Fascia flexibility
Warmth softens dense fascia, making the body more supple and less prone to stiffness, for greater ease of movement and less restriction in problem areas.
Jaw & breath release
Clearing the jaw, face and shoulders relieves clenching and tension headaches, and can free up breath patterns for easier inhalation and exhalation.
Vagus nerve activation
Sound resonance paired with steady warmth signals the nervous system to downshift from stress mode, enhancing digestion, sleep quality and emotional stability in the days after.
Cognitive clarity
By reducing jaw tightness, head tension and nervous system overload, the therapy often results in clearer thinking, sharper focus and a calmer mood.
Lasting integration
Layering heat, sound and targeted release recalibrates multiple systems at once, a ripple effect that carries through your posture, your breath and your overall sense of wellbeing.
1hr 45 minutes, attuned to you.
Your session begins with a brief consultation about where you’re at, so the treatment is attuned to where your body most needs it. From there it flows as one integrated ritual: roughly 50 to 60 minutes of full-body hot stone therapy, 35 to 45 minutes of facial rejuvenation massage, and sound healing woven throughout.
Extend the calm.
- Hydrate generously, heat and massage increase circulation and lymphatic flow, and water helps your body clear what has been released.
- Avoid heavy meals, caffeine or alcohol for several hours, so your system can stay in its calm, balanced state.
- Give your jaw and shoulders space by avoiding stress positions such as sitting hunched at a computer.
- Take a quiet walk, listen to calming music, or simply rest, the resonance and circulatory changes keep settling for hours and even days afterwards.
