The Experience

You begin by settling into stillness, the body supported and the atmosphere infused with warmth and quiet. A practitioner gently leads you into conscious breathing, slowing the rhythm of your inhale and exhale. With each breath, the nervous system shifts further into calm, preparing you for the journey ahead.

As you sink into this slower rhythm, skilled hands move across the body with flowing massage strokes that release muscular tension and unravel the knots of daily life. Reiki energy work is seamlessly woven through with this touch – a subtle current that helps dissolve emotional heaviness and bring balance to your energy.

Sound bowls are incorporated as each vibration ripples through your tissues and down into the nervous system. These tones help to shift the brain into deeper states of relaxation, inviting clarity and mental quiet.
