Good To Know

Before You Buy.

ExpiryPacks of 3 are valid for 90 days, packs of 5 for 180 days and packs of 10 for a full year from the date of purchase. The pregnancy pack and the combined stretch and massage pack carry their own dates, shown against each. Expiry dates cannot be extended.

One personA pack is used exclusively by the client who bought it. Credits cannot be shared or transferred to someone else once they sit on an account.

One treatment groupCredits can only be used on the services inside that pack. A stretch therapy pack cannot be put toward a massage, and the other way around.

CancellationsOur 24 hour cancellation policy applies to sessions booked against a pack. Cancelling or changing inside 24 hours debits the session from your pack in full.

RefundsPacks are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for anything other than the service they were bought for.

Other offersDiscount codes and other offers cannot be used on top of a pack. The pack price is already the reduced rate.
