Lunges & Length with Courtney.
Open up your hip flexors as you move through a series of deep lunges and standing balances. Courtney will lead you through smooth transitions with breath to deeply release hamstrings and hips and strengthen your shoulders to bring length through your whole body. This class ends in headstand prep to open your mind as you have your body.
