Feel a tangible sense of ‘grounding’ in your body through finding physical stability through your lower limbs. Working to stabilise and open the base of your body will energetically provide you with a deep sense of security, as though you feel really at home in your body; no matter what. You will dive deep into your hips and hamstrings, and then take the time to actively rest in some restorative shapes. This class will help you build a relationship with your body that helps you remain steady and secure in the foundations of what you need.

Selph Yoga Balance: This class is a combination of Vinyasa flow and yin-yoga. Focusing on a balance of movement and stillness, this class is perfect for stress release, softening tension and increasing energy levels.
