Start Or Develop Your Yoga and Pilates Practice 

Private Yoga and Pilates classes offer the ability to learn foundational poses for beginners, or develop technique and form for more regular students

Our experienced and dedicated teachers work with you to create a personal practice that is focused around your interests, concerns or goals.

Private classes could be geared around learning the basics to get you started, refining your breath control, building strength or better alignment, workshopping individual poses, being curious about philosophy, learning how to meditate, or advancing your practice either physically or mentally.  

After the session, you’ll take home a personalised practice to develop skills and create consistency, as well as achieve a deeper understanding of the movements and poses.

Classes Tailored To Injuries

Private Yoga and Pilates classes can be tailored to a specific health concern that you are unsure how to manage in an open group setting.

Our teachers will discuss with your treating Selph practitioner any injuries and formulate ways to help restore your strength and flexibility through movement.

The first step is to book in a class from the link below. We’ll contact you and discuss what it is you want to achieve through these classes, your experience with yoga and pilates and how we can help. We’ll then assign the right teacher for you and book in a date and time.

Private session times are arranged around regular timetabled yoga and pilates classes.

We recommend one-on-one teaching, but are able to accommodate up to three people in a private session.  Contact us today to arrange your private yoga or meditation session. Gift vouchers are also available. 

Larger Private Group Classes

We are able to offer private group classes outside of our scheduled classes, for groups of up to 19 people.

Whether it’s a group of friends, colleagues, or social groups, private classes allow for an intimate and collaborative experience.
