Stimulate energy up and out through the body to reduce tension, increase flow, and energise your expression. This class is geared around the throat chakra and Amy invites you to feel your practice differently, to embrace a steady-state as you flow from pose to pose. You can expect strong shapes for your shoulders, arms, and upper back, with release poses for the hips and lower body so you can expand the platform from which your expression comes.
Grab some props: a yoga block or weighted prop you can hold.
