Move mindfully around the base of your body in this practice to find what feels good in movement. We want a balance of deep holds without rigidity, freedom with each breath, and an expanded state of what feels good. This class focuses on poses around the Sacral Chakra, through your hips, legs, and pelvis. We recommend having a yoga bolster and folded blanket handy.
