Body Release.

Amy takes you through a few simple moves to stretch out the connective tissue along your upper back and shoulders, chest and pelvis. Grab two blocks or roll up a towel for maximum benefit. This practice will have you breathing better, and feeling more spacious. It’s a good habit to do this type of practice each week.

Grab some props: two blocks or cushions, or roll up a towel.
