In this prenatal yoga series, you will move through a standing series to build steadiness and focus. Build glute stability and space through the front of your pelvis with leg balances tailored for all trimesters.

This class is especially great if you are in the latter stages of pregnancy and getting up and down off the ground can feel restricted.
