Upper Body Workout with Emily Tan.

This class will both strengthen and release your upper body. Emily takes you through key exercises to increase mobilisation through your chest, shoulders, and upper back to reverse the common ‘tech neck’. This class is for all levels.

For an added challenge, you could use 1kg hand weights throughout this sequence.
