Pilates Align – Lower Belly, Lower Back

This class is a part of the Selph Chakra Series, exploring the 7 main energy centers of your body. 

Week 1: Muladhara Chakra, Root Support.

Lower Belly, Lower Back with Emily.

A lower body-focused class to stabilise your hips and pelvis and strengthen the base of your body. Emily explores different Pilates variations to activate your lower core in order to engage all the muscles around your lower back. This class is nice and balanced between lengthening poses for the hips and hamstrings and layered active poses to switch on your deep core muscles.
