2 x NET Sessions

1 x Meditation Session

Meditation is a proven and powerful technique we can call upon each day to help us feel more clear, calm and balanced. Harnessing the power of meditation provides us with the space we need in order to consider situations from a new perspective, whilst simultaneously reducing stress and anxiety. 

1 x Acupuncture Session

A powerful healing modality, acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine which approach health and healing by treating the mind and body as one. Acupuncture eases anxiety by regulating the nervous system, clearing any blockages and supporting you to feel more calm and connected physically, mentally and emotionally. 

1 x Samvahan Session

An ancient Himalayan vibrational healing method, Samvahan works to balance the natural rhythms of your body though light massage and vibrational energy work in order to bring harmony to the physical, mental, emotional and energy body. 

8 weeks x MoveOnline Access

The practice of yoga facilitates the connection between our mind and body, as well as the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness. Committing to a regular yoga practice has a magnitude of benefits, including a reduction of stress and anxiety, mental clarity, improved concentration and energy levels and more.
