  • 250g organic frozen banana
  • 100g organic frozen blueberries 
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach 
  • 2 tbs almond or other nut butter 
  • 1 heaped tbs activated charcoal powder
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk 


  • Blend to combine
