- 250g organic frozen banana
- 100g organic frozen blueberries
- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
- 2 tbs almond or other nut butter
- 1 heaped tbs activated charcoal powder
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- Blend to combine
