You’re invited to…Selph’s 1st Birthday Celebration!

On Saturday 14th September, you’re invited to a retreat for the body and mind.

A day of free yoga and pilates classes and educational talks from our specialised health and wellness practitioners. To give you a balance of mindful education and movement.

You’re welcome to attend one or all of these complimentary events. Reservations are a must.

 

8am – 12pm: 10 minute Acupuncture/Cupping Treatments

Experience the power of Acupuncture, and understand how techniques targeting meridian points is able to correct the Qi flow in your body. These complementary sessions will last 10 minutes and will leave you with a practical taste of how acupuncture can help you.

8:30am – 9.30am: Evolve Community Class – Vinyasa

You will flow through movements linked with mindful breaths to encourage a state of ease as you build strength and flexibility.

10am – 10.45am: Womens Health Workshop

Learn how to regulate your energy, balance hormones and support your cycle. Chiropractor Dr. Gina Martins, Naturopath Sarah Benna-Doyle and Acupuncturist Joseph Zhang discuss how to manage fatigue, menstrual cycle imbalances and reproductive health.

10am – 12pm: Chiropractic Postural Screenings

Get a detailed understanding by Chiropractors Dr. Evan and Dr. Gina, of your posture and the impact on your body’s alignment, through the use of our posture technology software. You’ll receive an insight and advice in a complimentary session (valued at $65).

Our Pilates classes are designed to improve physical strength through controlled movements focused from the core.

11am – 12.15pm: Gut Health-Check With Naturopath

Diet and gut health affects everything from your energy levels to your decision making abilities. Selph Naturopath Sarah Benna Doyle will run through a personalised analysis to test your gut health, and provide food and supplement guidelines to align with your health goals. Sessions will last 15 minutes.

12pm – 12.45pm: Calm Community Class – Yin

Calm is a yin yoga based class that targets the ‘rest and digest’ nervous system for stress release, keeps the connective tissue mobile in the joints and works through different meridians for better organ health and emotional balance.

12:30pm – 2.30pm: 15 Minute Reiki Energy Cleanse

Reiki is an energetic healing art and spiritual practice that promotes health and restores balance. Our Reiki master, Simone will offer complementary sessions that will last 15 minutes and will leave you with a practical taste of how Reiki can help you. 1pm – 1.45pm: How to Deal With Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety are present for some people on a daily basis. So, it’s important to discuss how to recognise and release these emotions when they arise.

Join Co-Founder and Chiropractor Dr. Evan Sgammotta to learn about Neuro Emotional Technique, and the benefits of deleting emotional patterns that cause stress. Yoga Curator Amy Giuliano will share practical movements and breath techniques to keep you grounded and allow emotions to release through the body.

1:45pm – 2.30pm: Balance Community Class – Yin & Vinyasa

Find your ultimate balance of movement and stillness with 30 minutes of vinyasa and 30 minutes of deep yin. We target muscle movements and build strength and flexibility through the vinyasa practice, and then unwind fascia in the body by bringing the body into a deep lull, whilst nourishing the mind through the Yin practice.

Perfect for the yogi who wants a little bit of yang and yin in their practice.
